In this episode we chat to the lovely Danny Mills outside a pub in sunny Harrogate. For those who don’t know, Danny is an ex footballer, he played for England, Man City, Middlesbrough and more importantly (Dean told me to write that) Leeds!

A bit of a different episode for you this week. 

On Sunday 7th April we were at mile 16 of the Manchester Marathon 2019!

Gary was DJ’ing pumping out big tunes and good vibes and Dean was dressed as Spider-Man heckling the runners. Standard Behind The Medal behaviour!

We chat to a few people on race day including an appearance from Scott Cunliffe (episode 4 hero) and we also chat to Callum Rowlinson, who ran the race, to find out how he got on!
